Terms and Conditions for In-Person Event Attendance

1. Ticket Reservation and Payment
   • A ticket reservation becomes binding only upon receipt of payment. A reservation without payment does not guarantee admission to the event or a specific seat.
   • Payment deadlines:
   • 1 business day for customers with a billing address in the Czech Republic.
   • 2 business days for customers with a billing address outside the Czech Republic.
   • If payment is not received within the specified period, the reservation will be automatically cancelled and the tickets released for sale.
   • If more than 5 tickets are purchased in a single order, the buyer must first contact the organizers and receive written approval. If this condition is not met, the organizers reserve the right to cancel the ticket order unilaterally and release the tickets for sale.
2. Ticket Refund Policy
   • In accordance with Section 1837(j) of the Czech Civil Code, it is not possible to withdraw from a contract for the purchase of tickets to a leisure event with a fixed date.
   • Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless the event is cancelled or significantly changed (e.g., change of date or venue).
   • In the event of cancellation, the full ticket price will be refunded to the buyer.
3. Photography and Filming
   • Photographs and video recordings may be taken during the event for documentation and promotional purposes for future events.
   • By attending the event, you acknowledge that your likeness may be captured and used for these purposes.
   • The organizer cannot technically guarantee individual exclusion from photography or video footage. If you do not agree with this condition, we recommend reconsidering your attendance.
4. Participant Recording Policy
   • It is prohibited to make audio or video recordings during lectures and workshops without prior written consent from the organizers.
   • Sharing or publicly distributing such recordings is considered a violation of copyright and may result in legal action.

5. Program Changes and Event Cancellation
   • The organizer reserves the right to change the program, venue, or date of the event due to circumstances beyond their control (e.g., adverse weather, health-related measures).
   • In case of cancellation, participants will be informed as soon as possible and offered options for a refund or transfer to a rescheduled date.
6. Personal Data Protection
   • Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the GDPR and the applicable laws of the Czech Republic.
