Live Tickets (includes 3-month access to recordings)
Each ticket includes in-person attendance for your chosen days, post-conference access to all recordings, and space for questions and sharing.
Registration is valid for 2 days after submission, but no later than the day the conference begins.
If unpaid within this period, it will be automatically canceled.

If you know you won’t be able to come in person, please free up your seat for those attending live, as capacity is limited.

Recordings (without in-person attendance)
Recordings of all lectures will be delivered by email within 3 weeks after the conference. Access remains active for 3 months.
Recordings will be sold as a package before the event and for only several days afterward (until 22nd of March).

- Public transport: Trams 5, 9, 15 — stop Olšanské náměstí (3 min walk). Metro A — station Flora (approx. 7 min walk).
- By car: Street parking in the area (paid zones; tip: Parkuj v Praze app).
- Nearby: Cafés, small restaurants, and parks — pleasant spots for breaks between lectures.
Practical Information
Tickets & Entry
Tickets are purchased online (Hřejivá Deka / SimpleShop). After payment, you’ll receive an email with confirmation and a QR-code ticket. Show it on your phone at the entry.
Barrier-free access is available through the café.
Cancellation Policy
Can’t come? Tickets are non-refundable, but you may transfer your ticket to another person.
If the event is canceled by us, the full amount will be refunded.
Recordings
Recordings will be available within 3 weeks after the conference and accessible for 3 months. Access instructions will be sent by email.
Language
All lectures will be interpreted into Czech. Original English audio will be available in a parallel channel.
Intellectual Property Rights
By attending the conference or listening to the recordings, you agree to the intellectual property rules, which protect the copyrights of the speakers and the organizers (Neufeld Institute CZ/SK).
In particular:
- Making personal audio or video recordings of the conference is prohibited.
- Photos, slides, or other materials from lectures may be shared only with written permission from Neufeld Institute CZ/SK.
- Purchased recordings are for personal use only and must not be shared within a group — each viewer needs their own access.
- Information obtained may be shared only with proper citation or a link to the author or Neufeld Institute CZ/SK.
