We operate an e‑shop on the website https://hrejivadeka.cz

For the sale of courses, tickets and other products on our website and for the operation of our website, I process certain personal data.
Personal data processing is governed in particular by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (the “GDPR”).
I. Processing of Personal Data
Processing of personal data in the event of a purchase
If you make a purchase from me, I will work with the data you provide. These are mainly billing details: first name, last name, address, and other details listed below.
For what purpose?
Provision of services, performance of the contract
Your personal data in the scope of: e‑mail, is necessary for me to perform the contract (e.g., sending access details to an application, sending an online course, etc., delivery of goods).
Accounting
If you are a customer, I necessarily need your personal data (billing details) in order to comply with the legal obligation to issue and keep records of tax documents.
I also need to process personal data in order to perform the contract – to provide access to courses, or tickets, or vouchers/coupons. Using the contact details, I will also communicate with you about the status of your order, and, if applicable, about complaints/claims or your questions.
I will further process personal data in order to fulfil obligations arising from the law (primarily for accounting and tax purposes, or for handling withdrawal from the contract or complaints/claims).
On what legal basis do I process personal data?
This is processing based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – performance of a contract, and Article 6(1)(c) GDPR – compliance with a legal obligation.
How long will I process personal data?
For the duration of providing our service and then for the strictly necessary statutory period from the last provision of such service or delivery of goods.
Newsletters (Commercial Communications)
If you are a purchasing customer and you have not prohibited this at the time of purchase, I will use your e‑mail address to send you our updates. You can prohibit subscription already during the first purchase by emailing hrejivadeka@gmail.com, or via the link in the first newsletter, if any.
On what legal basis?
This is permitted by Section 7(3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on Certain Information Society Services, provided you did not prohibit it at the time of purchase.
How long will we process personal data?
For the minimum necessary period from your last purchase. You may unsubscribe at any time via e‑mail or by contacting us at: hrejivadeka@gmail.com
II. Who will have access to the data?
Your data will remain with me. However, certain companies or other persons work for me and may access the data because they help with operating the e‑shop. These are:
• Operator of the SimpleShop internet application which I use for processing orders – Redbit s.r.o., registered office Antonína Dvořáka 612, 280 02 Kolín, Company ID 24197190, VAT ID CZ24197190, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, File 187755, with establishment at Sokolská 1095, 280 02 Kolín and telephone +420 228 225 362 (hereinafter the “Operator”).
• SmartSelling – application for communication, website and invoicing
• SupportBox – application for e‑mail communication and customer support
• SMS gateway – application for sending SMS messages
• Facebook – FB pixel
• Google – Google Analytics
• Ecomail – e‑mailing tool for sending newsletters
I process personal data only within the territory of the European Union.
III. What else you should know
I process your personal data as the controller, i.e., I determine how personal data will be processed and for what purpose, for how long, in accordance with the law, and I select any further processors within my e‑commerce who will assist me with processing and are subject to the same principles.
Confidentiality
I would like to assure you that my collaborators who will process your personal data are obliged to maintain confidentiality about personal data and about the security measures, the disclosure of which would endanger the security of your personal data. This confidentiality continues even after the end of contractual relationships with us. Without your consent, your personal data will not be provided to any other third party.

IV. Use of Cookies

V. Your rights in relation to the processing of personal data
Among other things, the GDPR gives you the right to contact us and request information on what personal data we process about you, request access to this data and have it updated or corrected, or request restriction of processing; you can request a copy of the processed personal data; request erasure of personal data from us in certain situations; and in certain cases you have the right to data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interest.
If you believe that we are not handling data properly, you have the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection, or to bring your claims before a court.
